- Our service fees are fixed as stated in the quote. Government fees, notary fees and other third-party costs are listed separately and are paid at cost.
- Timelines are estimates based on normal government processing times. They may change when authorities change procedures, systems or workloads.
- Work starts after you accept the quote and make the agreed payment.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate and genuine information and documents, and tell us promptly about any change.
- Respond to our requests in time so deadlines can be met.
- Make sure your activities in Indonesia comply with the permits you hold.
Delays or rejections caused by incomplete, incorrect or late information from the client are not our responsibility, and fees already earned remain payable (see our
Refund Policy).
5. Government decisions
We prepare and submit applications professionally and follow them up, but approvals, rejections and processing times are decided by Indonesian government authorities. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome or date.
6. Fees and payment
- Payment terms are stated in your quote or invoice.
- Prices are in the currency shown on the quote; bank and payment-provider charges are borne by the payer unless agreed otherwise.
- Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your information and documents as confidential and use them only to deliver your service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
- We are responsible for performing our services with reasonable professional care.
- We are not liable for losses caused by government decisions, changes in law, the acts of third parties, or information provided by the client.
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any service is limited to the service fee you paid us for that service.
