1. Our principle
At Sam Consulting (PT SAM KONSULTAN LEGAL) we want you to know exactly where you stand before you pay. This policy explains when a refund is possible and how it works.

3. When you can get a refund
A refund is possible only when both of these conditions are met:
- No government fee has been paid in your name, and
- Your application has not been formally submitted to any government authority or official platform.
In that case, we cancel your order and refund the amount paid minus a 5% payment-processing fee, using the same payment method you used.
4. When a refund is not possible
- Once any government fee has been paid.
- Once your application has been formally submitted.
- Once any legal or administrative procedure has started.
- When the process stops because of missing, incorrect or late information or documents from you.
- When a government authority rejects the application.
Government fees and third-party fees (for example notary, translation or courier costs) are non-refundable under any circumstances once paid.
5. Consultations
Legal and business consultations are non-refundable once they have been delivered. The fee is fully earned at the moment the consultation takes place. Our first 30-minute introductory consultation is free.
6. How refunds are paid
- Refunds are paid through the same payment method used for the original payment.
- A 5% payment-processing fee is deducted.
- The time it takes for the money to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment companies.
7. How to request a refund
Send your request by email to sam@samkonsulting.com or WhatsApp +62 818-1882-8811 and include:
- Your full name
- Your order or invoice number
- The reason for your request
We will confirm whether your request is eligible and the amount to be refunded.
8. Acceptance
By completing a payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy. This policy forms part of our Terms of Use.
