Yes, according to the latest updates issued by the Immigration and Passport Office, investors are entitled to apply for a visa for their family provided they are first class as follows:
You may be tempted to stay in Indonesia for more than a month, but with Sam Company you can extract the visa within 3-5 working days. You also get a stay once you arrive in Indonesia and seal your passport at the airport.
The main difference between an investor’s residence and other regular stays is that the investor does not need to apply for a work permit (because he is not an employee) and therefore does not require monthly contributions to DKP-TKA (exchange-based development funds to hire a foreign worker).
Obtaining the investor's residence in Indonesia grants the right of the holder of such residence to enter and exit Indonesia without any restrictions as soon as the stay is effective.
